The ability to get Municipal Plans and Approvals for FinnBUILDER houses.

Site visits, inspections and on-site support from FinnBUILDER inspectors.
A FinnBUILDER certificate of compliance for each completed house with a Guarantee.

Architectural plans, Quantity Surveying and other additional services on fees by arrangement.

Licensees save +- R 1 000/m2 in construction costs and pay an Inspection Licence Fee of R 60/m2 of floor plan for all structures built plus an annual Licence renewal fee of R 1 200.
