Licensed FinnBUILDER Contractors receive specialised Training to enable them to build quality homes in their Country.
The advantage for the Contractor is:
- 3 – 5 Days of specialist Training in the technology on site at our Training Centre in Johannesburg.
- A FinnBUILDER Certificate of Licence which entitles them to build for customers with the system.
- The ability to get Municipal Plans and Approvals for FinnBUILDER houses.
- The ability to get Bank Finance for houses and house construction.
- Site visits, inspections and on-site support from FinnBUILDER inspectors.
- A FinnBUILDER certificate of compliance for each completed house with a Guarantee.
- The business opportunity to build at very low cost, sell more houses and develop a highly profitable construction company.
- Architectural plans, Quantity Surveying and other additional services on fees by arrangement.
Licensees save +- R 1 000/m2 in construction costs and pay an Inspection Licence Fee of R 60/m2 of floor plan for all structures built plus an annual Licence renewal fee of R 1 200.
